If you opt in, we store your email to send occasional updates about community insights, new surveys, and platform changes. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Survey data is stored without direct personal identifiers. We use responses in aggregate to understand trends (for example, what helped vs. what didn’t).
We use submissions to generate aggregated insights (including transparent rankings) and to improve the survey experience. We do not use submissions to provide medical advice or individual recommendations.
We share trends and rankings based on aggregate responses. We do not publish individual submissions.

You can choose not to provide an email. If you subscribed, you can unsubscribe using the link in any email. If you believe you shared personal information by mistake, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal or medical details in free-text fields.
